The music
There is no fixed set list and no fixed number of sets. We play up to three hours across a five-hour event, with at least a fifteen-minute break for every hour of playing and a playlist we curate for you running through our PA so the room never goes quiet. Cocktail hour stays in the standards. Dinner warms up through Motown and soul. After that we read the floor and go where it wants to go, whether that is Earth, Wind & Fire or something that came out last month.

What you get
Every option includes the sound, the lighting and a dedicated engineer, so nobody is chasing a timeline. Pricing starts at $5,000 and moves with date, travel and lineup — tell us your date and we will send a number within 24 hours.
Option one
Vocals, guitar, keys, bass, drums, and a second vocalist. The standard lineup and the one most weddings book.
Option two
Add up to three horn players. Worth it if your crowd wants Motown and soul all night, and it is the version people remember.
Option three
An instrumental trio for the ceremony and cocktail hour, then the full band takes over. Booked as an add-on.

The band
Crosby & Co. is a six-piece out of Charleston — lead vocal, second vocal, guitar, keys, bass and drums — put together from players who work this coast year round — clubs, festivals, studio dates, and a lot of receptions. That is the whole pitch: you are hiring people who play for a living, who have read a thousand rooms, and who know the difference between a crowd that wants to be pushed and one that wants to be left alone for another twenty minutes.
We show up early, we dress for your event, and we handle the parts of the night nobody thinks about until they go wrong.
Questions
Up to three hours of music across a five-hour event. There is no fixed number of sets — we shape it around your timeline, whether that means a long dinner, an early first dance or a late finish. We map it out with you on the timeline call.

Usually, yes. We handle overtime event by event rather than at a fixed rate — ask when you book and we will tell you what is possible for your date.
Included. Introductions, announcements, cueing the first dance, the toasts, the cake, the exit. If you have a separate MC or planner running the show, we take direction from them instead.
Yes, and up to four more songs on top of it — five per booking, at no extra cost. Send them at least four weeks out so we can rehearse properly. If a song genuinely will not work live we will tell you early rather than fake it on the night.
Two independent 20-amp circuits within 10 feet of the stage, not shared with catering or lighting. Parking for up to six vehicles near the door, two hours to load in before guests arrive, and cover if we are outdoors. Send us the room dimensions when you book and we will confirm the layout in advance.
We can substitute every position, and the subs are people we already play with. In practice you get the same band; in the worst case you get someone equally good who has already rehearsed the book.
Anywhere inside 250 miles of Charleston. Travel is included within 45 minutes of downtown. Beyond that it is $500 per hour of round-trip travel from Charleston, and anything more than two hours out adds a $1,000 lodging charge. Travel fees rise with the size of the band, and all of it is quoted up front. No surprises after signing.
Send your date through the form. We reply within 24 hours with availability and a quote. To hold the date we need a signed agreement and a deposit, with the balance due before the event. Dates go quickly for spring and fall in Charleston.
